Rules of the Park - On concert and event nights

•Please park in only designated areas around the venue.

•The Riverside Park Organizing Committee, City of Rushville and the sponsors are please to be able to bring you this family venue, and are working diligently to provide entertainment for the entire family. That's why it is important that we remember that there are all ages present, and trust that behavior accordingly will be honored and respected.

•Please be respectful of the artists and security persons-any person exhibiting behavior considered undesirable will be asked to leave the park immediately.

•Any patron acting in a manner not in accordance with the park rules or disrespectful of those around them will be asked to leave.

•Only persons with proper credentials should be in the following areas: rear of stage, green room or beer garden.

•All patrons of the park are to follow the direction of the “Staff” personnel, Staff Security persons and the Rushville City Police (if assistance requested)

•We ask that at no time should concert goers cross the rope at the front of the stage. Absolutely, no one should be on the incline unless they have the proper credentials.

•Please no pets in the park on the night of events (unless prescribed)

•No bicycles in the park (other than on the trails)

•At no time can alcohol be bought into the park

•While coolers are welcomed and encouraged, articles are subject to inspection based on security necessity.

•You must be 21 years old to enter the beer garden.

•If you choose to partake in the beer garden “please drink responsibly”

•At no time should alcohol in cups be carried out of the park

•ID’s are required for ALL persons wishing to acquire a wrist band, please have your ID ready.

•If you need assistance, have any questions or concerns while at a concert please contact those individuals wearing “Staff” shirts.

•Please be respectful of city property and damage to that property will be punished according to the law.

•For safety sake all visitors to the park-please stay north of the levee

•Please help their efforts by picking up after yourself when you are ready to leave. Trash cans are located in numerous locations ... To coin a phrase, ‘Give a Hoot, Don't Pollute"
